FITTED APP &
POSTERS

FITTED PROMOTIONAL POSTER
PROJECT
This project focused on designing an emotionally intelligent digital fashion system that helps women shop with confidence and discover styles suited to their body type. It explored how emotional design and interface decisions—such as tone, colour, representation, and interaction—can reshape online shopping into a more personal, inclusive, and supportive experience.
In response to comparison culture and unrealistic beauty standards in e-commerce, the goal was to create a human-centered system that prioritizes empathy, personalization, and representation. The outcome was Fitted, a conceptual platform designed to empower women to shop in a way that reinforces self-confidence rather than self-doubt.
RATIONALE
The outcome of this project is a series of posters that translate an emotionally intelligent digital fashion system into a visual and narrative experience. Rather than focusing on interface alone, the posters communicate how design decisions—such as tone, colour, representation, and composition—can reshape online shopping into a more personal, inclusive, and supportive space. They explore the emotional weight of comparison culture and unrealistic beauty standards in fashion, reframing these pressures through visuals that prioritize affirmation over insecurity.
Together, the posters present Fitted as a conceptual platform rooted in empathy, personalization, and representation. Through a balance of visual storytelling and system thinking, the outcome emphasizes how women can engage with fashion in a way that reinforces self-confidence and authentic self-expression.

The outcome was Fitted, a conceptual platform designed to empower women to shop in a way that reinforces self-confidence rather than self-doubt.
RATIONALE
The second phase of Fitted expanded into a fully developed mobile app centered on personalized styling through a customizable avatar. The app stores user preferences, body measurements, fit data, and style history to generate tailored clothing and accessory recommendations that align with each user’s shape and aesthetic. Beyond recommendations, the platform supports wardrobe building by allowing users to save outfits, curate collections, and browse items specifically selected for their proportions.
I designed the onboarding experience to thoughtfully gather key information—such as measurements, style preferences, and confidence goals—while maintaining a seamless, intuitive flow. This phase focused on transforming emotional design research into a functional, data-informed product that feels both intelligent and supportive.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
-
Design a personalized mobile UX system grounded in user data.
-
Create an intuitive onboarding experience that balances depth with usability.
-
Translate body and fit data into meaningful, user-centered recommendations.
-
Develop scalable wardrobe organization features within a cohesive app ecosystem.
-
Strengthen product thinking by connecting research, personalization, and interface design.
