ABOUT ME
I’m a systems-driven design student studying Design at York University, with a strong academic focus on UX/UI, user research, and information design. My work is rooted in research-led thinking and systems analysis, driven by a deep interest in how people understand, navigate, and experience brands across digital and physical environments. I’m particularly drawn to the challenge of translating complex information, behaviours, and business objectives into clear, intuitive, and human-centred design solutions.
Through my education, I’ve developed a rigorous design process grounded in research methods such as user analysis, information mapping, journey mapping, and iterative testing. I approach UX/UI as both a strategic and communicative practice using structure, hierarchy, and visual clarity to design interfaces and systems that support usability, accessibility, and meaning. My work often sits at the intersection of design, business, and marketing, where user insights inform brand positioning, product decisions, and long-term value creation.
I view design not only as a visual discipline, but as a way of thinking one that connects people, products, and information through clarity, intention, and empathy. Guided by critical inquiry and a strong foundation in design theory and practice, I aim to create cohesive experiences that are thoughtful, effective, and grounded in real user needs, while remaining responsive to broader organizational and strategic goals.
